That the said One Hundred Twenty five Thousand Dollars of bonds, when duly prepared, signed and sealed in the form a above not forth shall be delivered to M. U. Freeman and Com- panyo Wchasers, thereof on payment of the purchase price thereof, and the receipt of the Treasurer of the said County shall be to the purchasers a full acquittance for the said purchase price, and the said purchasers shall not be bound to see to tY.e application of tWproceeds thereof. Motion carried unanimously. March 26, 1917. In session Messrs Barnum and Hill and County Controller T. J. Underwood* 'The following resolution was presented: Resolved, that the County Controller, T. J. Underwood, b,* and is hereby authorized to direct the Country Treosur- erte, transfer the sum -pf Thirty Thousand ($30,000) Dollars from the Road Improvement fund to the General fund, as a loan from; the Road Improvement fund to the General fund, and to 'return said loan of $30,000 to the Road Improve- meat fund, from the General fund, as soon an sufficient taxes for the year 1917 have been collected and paid into said General fund. Moved by Mr. Hill. seconded by Mr. Barnum the above resolution be adopted. Carried unanimously, March 29, 1917. -Reeloved that the action taken by this board on March 9th instructing the County Solicitor and Chief Clerk to proceed with the necessary arrangements for a Special election an May 1st, be and the same ig hereby recinded. and the Solicitor and Clerk are hereby instructed to discontinue further proceedings for said election from this date. Moved by Mr. Hill seconded by Mr. Barnum that the above resolution be adopted. Carried unanimously*
