IN BE: CLAYSVILLE-BURNSVILLB ROAD.
WHEREAS: Hastings & Piper, have defaulted in their
o#ntraot dated September 12, 1916 for the building of the
above road,
AND AS; The United States Fidelity & Guaranty
Co.y surety on the bond of said Hastings i Piper hate
agreed to take charge and complete the sam under the terms
of said contrast,
It is hereby resolved, that said work be turned over
to the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Co., together with
the rights of the said County to all materials, tools and
maekinory in connection therewith, to be completed by them
under the terns and conditions of said contraet.
Paymnt, when due to be made to the United States 71-
dolity d guaranty Co. and the time for completion of said :
contract is hereby extended to November let, 1918.
