HMAS, Judgment was entered in favor of theCounty of
Washington and against the Rational Surety Company and
James P. Berkshire, Tax Collector fdr Monongahela for the
amount of unpaid taxes due the County from him as Collec-
tor. And _
WHIRIASs the County Commissioners are informed that said
moneys have been paid into the County Treasury. Therefore
it is ordered by the Board of County Commissioners that
the County Solicitor be authorised to satisfy said judg-
ment entered at No.249 Peb. 1917 D. S. B.
