j The purpose of the meeting was for inspection_ of im-
provements of the Speers-BeileVernon bridge. After proper
Inspection and report from county Engineers, it was .meted
by_]fir& Watson and seconded by Mr. Itush that we accept the work
i. as-coaftleted and pay the final estimate on contract and $73.50
I for eit ra work not mentim*dgin specification. Notion carried
MWO moved by Hr. lush and, seconded by Nr. Watson that the
CoUft*Uors of Washington & Payette counties be requested to
advertise for bids for the painting of the Speers-B*lleyernon
bridge. Motion carried unanimously. '

Led` by. Xr. Watson, seconded by Mr. Dill that County
Controller and County Treasurer be requested to transfer
.450,000 from Road Improvement Fund to {general Fund, same to }
be replaced as soon as available from taxes. Notion carried.

Moved by Mr. dill , _ seconded by Mr. Barnum that W, O. Weass
be awarded the contract for the delivery of the ballots and
supplies for the special election, for $95.00. Notion carried
unanimously.
