Moved by Mr. Watson, seconded by Mr. Barnum that the County Controller be requested to return the eheck of Frank Donatelli accompanying his bid on the Taylorstown road. Agreed to unanimously. July 14, 1919 In session Messrs. Matson and Hill. Moved by Mr. Hill, seconded by Mr. Matson that the Horse- head Construction Company be awarded the contract for the Hackett Bridge for $2485. 00 and the `Leech Bridge for $1375,00 as per their quotation Of July 7, 1919, Carried Unanimously. The above contract let without advertising by agreement j with the County Controller, MINUTES JOINT SESSION COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF F WASHINGTON AND GFLVW3 COUNTIES HELD AT CLAFMVIIII, PA, , JULY 16, 1919. Clarksville , Pa. July 16,1919. + A Joint meeting of the County Commissioners of Washing- ton and reene Counties was held on the abooe date for the pur- pose of inspecting the Clarksville bridge. County Commission- ers Sig and Moore and County Engnineer Dinsmore sentsd Greene County. County Commissioners Watson and Barnum and County Engtkner, Chaney represented Washington County; Commissioners Matson acting as president and County Co ss- iorier Barnum acting as Secretary. After proper inspection and satisfactory report from the county engineers in regard <„ to repairs done on bridge , it was moved by Commissioner Moore ¥# and seconded by Commissioners Six that we accept costract 2 as finished per contract and pay final estimate on the same,. Motion unanimously carried. July 18, 1919 In session, Messrs. Watson, Barnum and Hi11. Moved by Mr. Hill, seconded by Mr. Barnum that concrete m1Lx in Burgettstown & Bulger road be changed from limestone to slag, and the Federal Construction Co. be notified of change Motion carried unanimously. July 22, 1919 rh session, Messrs. Watson, Barnum and Hill. Moved by Mr, Watson, seconded by Mr. Bill that the second ,,� precinct of the 4th Ward, Washington be changed from a► gton do Jefferson College to 325-13ast Maiden St. office at S. W. Miller. Motion carried unanimously. luiy 29, 1919 In session, Messrs. Hill and Barnum wed by Mr. Barnum, seconded by Mr. Hill that Robert McMahon be appointed registrar for the second election diet- riot for the Third Ward, Monongahela to fill vacancy causod by resignation of G 7 Dague.
