WHERBAS, TKI Pennsylvania Railroad Company has ap-
plied to theCounoil of the Borough of Ellsworth, said
County, for permission to construct at the expense of the
said Railroad Company, an overhead bridge crossingwhat was

known formerly as th-eBentleyville d Waskington road at a

Borough, the said bridge to be constructed of two concrete
abutments,* the girders to be of steel, tkeclear span be-
tween tke abutments being 24 foot 3 inches with an under
