The judgment now held by the County of Washington was obtained against Nazzie Murshets by default and an execution has been issued against his property and a levy -made and inquisition held by the sheriff._ That the said Nazzie Murshetz throughhis attorney, Clyde S.-.Pipes, has made an application to the Commissioners :&r relief, showing that the collection of this judgment will result -in sacrificing the home of the defendant. That the said defendant is a respectable foreigher, who has saved up his money from his wages earned in the coal nine and states further that, he did not understand the situation} in shich he was placed when he entered into said recognisbance and haA been advised that when John Ciacic was discharged from jail under the insolvency act, that this would relieve him from any further liability. The said Nazzie Murshetz therefore, requests the County Commissioners after hearing this matter to exonerate him -frok the payment of the $500 fine, providing he pays the costs accrued in the cri*inal proceedings as well as in the attic rent proceedings amounting to $108.91. t And he will ever pray sec. , R Nazzie Nurshets PMMSY'LVANIA, ?
