NOW THMFOR3 BE TT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY- CO MT aST ONiIRS
of the said County' of Washington, that -for the purpose of providing for the
cost of the building, improving, repairing and maintaining the public roads
and highways now constructed or to be constructed by said county, so as

aforesaid authorized and ordered and decreed to be done, the said county do

'R borrow the sum of One Hundred Sixty Thousand ($160' ObO.00) Dollars and
increase its indebtedness by the issue of One Hundred Sixty Bonds in the do-
nomination of One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars each, to be numbered from one a
to one hundred sixty-(l to 160) , both inclusive , to bear date the first dap of
Itsy, , 1920, and to bear interest at the rate of five ( 5) per cent. per annum i

from their date, payable semi-annually on the first days of Way and November !f j
in each year, both principal and interest being payable, free of any taxes
required to be paid or which may be hereafter required to be paid under any
law of the -Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, said county expressly agreeing and

adopted at a meeting thereof duly called and held.

It is hereby certified and recited that all acts, oonditl6ift `
and things necessary to the validity of this bond, exist, have happene -sad
have been done; that every requirement of law affecting the validity hmreoi
has been duly complied with; that this bond is within every debt and other,
limit prescribed by the constitution and laws of the State, and that Vr11r '.
to the issuance thereof an annual tax has been levied in a sum sufficient. to
pay the principal and interest of this series of bonds, The faith, credit ;
