BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
J ELMER JOHNSTON, JAMES W WALKER, W-H ECKER, COMMISSIONERS
June, A. D. . 1919 , in the County of Washington, State of Pennsylvania, for the
purpose of obtaining the assent of the electors of saidCounty to an increase
of the bonded indebtedness of said County by the amount of one million ($1,000 ,00C )
dollars for the purpose of providing funds for permanently improving, repairing,
and maintaining the public roads and highways in the County of Washington as
provided by the Acts of Assembly of May 11, 1911, P L 244 and May 31, 1911, P L
468 and the amendments thereof and supplements thereto , the returns of which
election are on file in the office of the Clerk of Courts of said County, I find
that the number of votes polled in favor of said increase of indebtedness was
(6563)
The number of votes polled against said increase of indebtedness was
(3666)
The majority in favor of said increase of indebtedness was
(3197)

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania:
I , B. G. McGregor, Clerk of the Court of quarter Sessions of the
County of Washington, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, do hereby certify that
the foregoing decree of the President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of
Washington County, Pennsylvania, truly shown the result of the public else-
tion held on the 17th day of Junes-, A. D. , 1919, in the County of Washington,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, at which election the assent of the electors
thereof was given to an increase in the bonded indebtedness of said County by
the amount of one million ($1,000,000) dollars as appears by the records of
said election on file in the Court of quarter Sessions of said County at-xo�- '
