Commissioners and Controller in Joint session, at 1;30 P M to open bids for the delivery of ballots, supplies and ballot boxes for' the Spring Primary of May 18th, 1920 , to the proper election officers of the 153 voting precincts of Tashington County, as per advertisement of the County Can- troller inviting said bids ; the following bids had been received by the Con- troller , there being present for the Commissioners, Messrs J B :ohnst en and ` 7 H Baker, Mr. Walker having notice of said meeting, and the Controller being represented by M M Decker, Deputy Controller, the bids being then opened and { read ;- T G Nease, 535.00 f G V Thompson , 498.00 Burdell Frazee, 300.00 Motion of Mr. Johnston, seconded by Yr. Pollock Prothonotary* The, hour of 2:30 having arrived, the joint meeting of County Commissioners and Controller to award the contract for the deliver E of ballot's, supplies and ballot boxes to the proper officers of the 153 k voting precincts of Washington County, resumed, Commissioners ''ohnston and Ecker being present for the County Commissioners and the County Controller, T J Underwood, being present for his office; Burdell Frasee having with- , drawn his bid of $300 for delivery of said ballots, supplies and ballot -boxes for the Primary election of May 18th, 19201 on motion of Baker , secaandod Johnston, and duly carried, the contract for the Aelivery of said ballo vI i� supplies and ballot boxes was awarded to George Thompson, at his bid of 10 and Bond in the sum of $500 for the faithful performance of said contract required of the said George M. Thompson, which said Bond was -duly given County of 'Washington, W. K. Jones becoming surety thereon.
