Lotion of Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Baker that the County TreasumW
be instructed to transfer, with the approval of the County Controlle t ,
sum of #75,662.42 from the Road Improvement Fund to the General Fund for

in the tabulation of the votes cast at the said primaries and that warrants j

Motion of Mr. Ecker, secndddd by Mr. Johnston, that the sum
of $25 be appropriated to each of the following Military Posts to be applied
by -said posts in defraying expenses incident to a proper observance of
Memorial Day, 1920; Prilrate George Raymond post No . 256, veterans of Foreign
waris, Charleroi ; Post No 22 A*erican Legion, Charleroi , Pa. , and the Andrew
P. Morrison Post No- 302, Ameri cadolegi on, Monongahela, Pa.`

Motion of Mr. Boker, seconded bV Mr. Walker, that the liens
entered against - the Pryor Coal Company in Jefferson Township upon 533 acres
coal lands for the years 1917 and 1918, and upon which leina the property

o-f the said Pryor Coal Company is advertised for sale by the County Treasurer,
be .maxked satisfied and cleared from the dockets, it appearing, by affidavit
duly made and presented to the Commissioners by Va R Turney, Secretary and
General Manager of said Coal company, that the Company' s property in said
Jefferson Township is not underlaid with coal, various tests and drill holes
having been .sunk and the holdings of the Company having Ufa— pr ",, n barren,
thus the assessment of coal against said Company is erroneous and that the

entire property' of the Company, save 6 acres, is not underlaid with merchant-
able coal; and , further, that the Chief Clerk to tlft board be authorised
to see that the actual holdings of the said Pryor teal-'Company be properly
assassed for the years 1919 and 1920 and that the Croy bt netified to pay
taxes thereon.

of a petition presented by the Gordon Land Company, througlf its Socr+o4ozy,
Robert L. McCarrell, be granted and that the toXe liens on certain lots men-
tioned in said petition, which petition is on file in the olfiee of the County
�,000"-gsloners, .be cleared from the dockets and marred "tiefied thereon, upon
� 04 ##moat of one-half (*) ,of the amount of said Liens, together with the
Treasurerve costs in connection with the advent ent of them for sale,
