Commissioners in regular session, all members present.
Moved by Mr. Baker,, that contracts for the re-surfacing of the
Finleyville-Library and the Washington-West Middletown Roads be awarded to the
Donor+ ,49astructi.on Company and The George 9 1 b:bte Company respectively on
theirbids submitted on July 2, 1920, said bids being the lowest and best bids
received.

In ease this award does not meet with the approval of the County
Controller owing to the fact that taxes levied for suoh work `gre not yet in
hand thin the proper authorities be directed to proceed with the issuapee
of bonds to the amount of $500,OOO.0a. under the provisions of the Acts of Assembly
for the repair and maintenance of County Roads and as authorised by a vote of I
the People at a Special Election called and held June 21, 1919.

Motion by Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Johnston, that contract
