Members present Messrs Johnston and Baker; Mr. Walker had notice of meeting but absent. k Motion of Mr. E'cker , seconded by Mr. Johnston that request of colonial Construction Company, contractor for part of Charleroi•Bentleyville road now under improvement , to effect that an extension of time be givfo for completion of said contract until December lst , 19200 be granted on , account of the bond. Johnston and Baker, Mr. Walker having notice , but befng:abAept�.. ._, The following resolution was presented: BE IT RESOLVED, that permission be granted to David_ Reeso R. T. i McCready and John Brewer, Trustees of the Anderson-Room Coal ]?reducers to establish and maintain a single track for the purpose of hauling, coal � from their pit to B. & 0. Railroad at a point on Thomas-linleyville read ! about 370 feet east of the Venetia Postoffice as now located, on condition that an indemnity bond of the following conditions be given by them as , Trustees and in their individual capacities , said bond to have the ? f � following conditions: "IOW THEnFORE, the condition of this obligation is such that if the above bounden obligors shall save, indemnify and keep harmless said ! County of Washington at all times from all casts , charges,- damages and �k liability of every kind and charao,ter,arising hereafter and accruing to any persons , firms and corporations by� reason of the construction of such mine track across said highway and the operation- of cars thereon, and � further shall at all times keep said mine track crossing and 10 feet of ! I rthe public highway on either side thereof in good repair in such manner and in such condition as said Commissioners , or theft Engineer, may from ,time to time direct and upon abandoning the use of said crossing shall restore '� the highway to the samd condition in which it now is , and shall maintain
