Johnston, Walker and Baker.
Upon explanation by District Attorney Cummins that the coati in
case of Commonwealth vs. Israel Charlet, placed upon the prosecutor, Dap,
Guso, were erroneously imposed upon the said Dan Guso, he being a duly
qualified officer, a motion was made by Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Seker,
that the said costs be remitted. Unanimously carried.
There being no other business, the Board adjourned.

and Baker, Mr. Walker having notice of meeting, but absent.
Motion of Mr. Taker, seconded by Mr. Johnston that the salary to
be paid to tipstaves of -all the Courts of Washington County be fixed at
$1000 per annum, payable monthly, beginning with December 1st, 1920, $4
accordance with provisions of the Act of Assembly approved May 12th, 1911#
P.L. 293
question called for. voting "Aye" Aesers. taker and Johnstone
Motion carried.
There being no other business, the Board adjourned.

Motion by Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Taker that the action of
this Board on'July 14th last in awarding contract for re -surfacing of
Finleyville•Library Road to the Donor& Construction Company at its bid forte
said work be and the same is hereby ordered to be rescinded if the said
Donor& Construction Company fails to execute contract and file suitablo
