January 15th, 1920. Board of County Commissioners met in regular session, all members present. Minutes -of previous meeting read and. signed. Mr. Ecker submitted a declination from R. Go Doyle as , clerk in the Commissioners' office which was accepted, on motion regularly made and seconded. No further business appearing, the Board adjourneR. (SIGN3D) V County Commissioners- Office of the County Commissioners, January 16th, 1920. Zoard of County Commissioners met' in regular session, all members present. Minutes ofprevious meeting read and signed. the action of the Board taken January 9th fixing the salaries of J. H. McCormick and Jo H. 1&cNary was rescinded and on motion of Mr. Baker, seconded by Mr. Walker , the salary of Chief 3ngineer J. H. McCormick was fixed at $140 per month and the salary of J. H. AcNary, Assistant Bngineer, was fixed at $105. 00 per month to begin January lot, 1920. The Board recessed until 3 P. M- fi At 3 P. M- , the Board reconvened in regular session, all members present. Bids were opened in the presence of the County Controller for the printing and binding of 31000 County tax receipts for the year 1920 as follows:- Washington News $270. 00 Ward Printing Co. 248. 00 The contract was awarded to the Ward Printing Company, the lowest bidder, on motion regularly made and seconded.
