Johnston , Walker and Baker.
Upon explanation by District Attorney Cummins that the coati in
case of Commonwealth vs. Israel Charlet, placed upon the prosecutor, Dap,
Guso, were erroneously imposed upon the said Dan Guso , he being a duly
qualified officer, a motion was made by Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Seker,
that the said costs be remitted. Unanimously carried.
There being no other business , the Board adjourned.

Notion of Mr. Baker, seconded by Mr. Johnston that the salary to

be paid to tipstaves of-all the Courts of Washington County be fixed at
$1000 per annum, payable monthly, beginning with December 1st, 1920, $4
accordance with provisions of the Act of Assembly approved May 12th, 1911J,
P.L. 293
