Followin resolution was g presented by )tr. Johnston, duly seconded by Mr. Acker. Question being called for the follbwing vote was recorded; favoring its adoption, Messrs. Johnston and faker; Resolution adoptot - i as follows:• WH$RW the County of W himgtpn by John 0. Watson, A.,P. B&ftv1i; and Thomas Hill, Commissioners, did by agreement dated June 27th, 19190 award to Federal Construction Company, a Corporation, contract for the construction and improvement of a portion of the road extending from Burgettstown to -bulger beginning at the eastern borough line of Burg*ttstow, and extending a distance of 1.70 miles. AND VMEM S, the said Federal Uoustruction Company, in accordance, with the provisions of the said contract did furnish to the County st Washington its bond for the faithful performance of the said contract -with the Globe indemnity company as surety thereon.
