BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That before any of said bonds shall
be issued a statement shall be prepared, executed and filed in the office
of the Clerk of the Court of Quarter Sessions of Washington County.*

as required by the second section of the aforesaid Act of the General
Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, approved on the 20th day of

April, 1874, and the act# amendatory thereof and supplemental the;oto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Controller of said Washltgtom

M County be ordered and directed to advertise said bonds for sale is
accordance with the Act of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, as approved the 6th day of July, 1917, and acts amendatory
thereof and supplemental thereto# and that the same be sold to the
highest responsible bidder after due public *otios as required by said

Act, Provided that no bid. far said bonds at less than their par value
shall be' accepted;
AND BE IT FURTHER RKSOL'VED That said Five hundred Thousand �
(4500,000.004 Dollars of bonds, Then duly prepared, signed and sealed
in the form above not forth, shall be delivered to the purchasers thereof,
as hereinabove provided, on payment of the purchase price thereof, and
the receipt of the 'Treasurer of the said County shall be to the purchaser
a full acquittance for the said purchase price, and the said purchasers

Controller be requested to advertise for bids for the repair, alteration
and improvement of the main building of the County, Home, in accordance
` with plans and specifications that have .been adopted, .said motion being
in conformity with copy of minutes of the Board of Poor Directors,
j adopted at meeting held on April 4th, which reads an follows:
