Johnston and Baker; Mr. Walker havitg=-:notice of meeting, but abb+ent. Action by Mr. Baker, seconded by Xr. Tobnoton, that the County Treasurer be dilteoted to transfer, with the approval of the Count,, Cosa• trollor,, the sum of Two Hundred Thousand (42000000,00) Bollars from this Road Fund to the General fund of the ',ounty, the said bum of Two o*A� Thousand Dollars to be applied to the" payment of Notes aggregating. 04. i Hundred Seventy-five Thousand ($1?5,040*") Dollars outstanding In certaiw banks of the countyg representing loans made by authority of resolutient` '. duly adopted, with the interest due thereon,, and1 for such other paysew" _ as may rightfully be made from the said General Mind, the said oust of 16 Hundred Thousand Wollars to be replaced In said "oad Awd from taaces 40 _� collected, or by provision otherwise to be made; and that warrants for, principal sun* of said notes, with interest, be duly drawn and forwarded to the banks holding the said Motes. question called for; Voting "Arc* Y„a a Messrs.
