Controller be requested to advertise for bids for the repair, alteration
and improvement of the main building of the County, Home, in accordance
` with plans and specifications that have .been adopted, .said motion being
in conformity with copy of minutes of the Board of Poor Directors,
j adopted at meeting held on April 4th, which reads an follows:

unanimously adopted:-
RESOLVED by the County 06m0labiont3m of Washington County,
Pennsylvania, that they deem it expedient to improve wader the pro-
visions of the Act of Assembly of said Commonwealth approved May llth,,
1911, the following described section of one of the main public roads

or highways within said county, to-wit: „
That section of the public highway leading from the bor
of Midway to the town of Bulger, beginning at the western borough
line of said borough of Midway and extending westwardly via said public
highway a distance of 5280 feet, more or lose.
