County Commissioners in regular session, members present
being Messrs. Walker and Johnston; lac. Moker having notice of meeting,
but absent.
Motion by W, Johnston, seconded by lr. Walker that County
Controller be requested to advertise for bids for construction of om*
(1) mile of the McMurray Road in Peters Township and for construction
of the Midway Borough Road; also, for the resurfacing of the Beallsvi].le-
Bentleyville Roadr, the Claysville-Burnsville Hill and the roadway aremud-
the dam of the Ci-Usens Water Company in South Franklin Township*
quettion called for; voting "Aye" Messrs. Walker and Johnston.
Motion carried,

Motion by life, Johnston, seconded by Mr,k Xaker that the
County Treasurer,be instructed to7 transfer, with the approval of the
County Controller, the sum of $50,0007from the Road Improvement Ltd to the
General ftud, said sum to be used for the payment of ourrent. expensoe
of the county, the amount so traneferred to be returned to the Road
Improvement .Fund 'as soon as sufficient tames are collected to meet
said amouht or provision may be otherwise made for its return.

Motion by Mr. I$cker, seconded by Mr. Johnston that
beginning JUXy 1st, 1921, the salary of Leo Maloney, a clerk in the
office of the County Comrdesioners, shall be $125.00 per month, in
conformity with resolution of the Board of County ConeAsaioners, duly
adopted January 5th, 1920. Motion unanimously carried*
