Motion by Mr. Johnston, seconded by Mr. Bicker, that the place

for holding elections in Second precinct of Cecil 'owmahip be changed
from, the building owned by Boyd Patterson to a room in the building owned
and occupied by U. G. Boak, upon petition presented. Motion unanimously

Motion by Mr. Johnston, seconded by Mr. Raker, that Alvera
Hochinson be appointed Assessor in and for the -'orough of Mariams,#
to fill vacancy caused by the removal of H. L. Bans, regularly elected
Assessor therein, upon petition presented.

Motion by Mr. Johnston, seconded by,,Xr.. Walker, that structural
stool for bridge over waters of Miller's Run at Venioo, be purchased from
Perkins Structural Stool Company., Blint , Aichigan, at the offer'of said
Company, to-wit, #1920,00. Motion-unanimously oarried•

be purchased, for the use of the'- Hheriff' s office, be considehred and that

Treasurer be directed to transfer, with approval of county Controller,

the 4WR of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Sollars from the Road lord
to the General Yund of the County, the said sum to be used in defraying
current expenses of the County snd to loo replaced in Road Fund from
taxes +siren received, or- as might otherwise be provided. Carried unanimously,
