August 179 1921 Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Walker, Johnston and Baker. County Engineer Geo. S. Chaney present I with tabulation of bids received for reconstruction of W"ngton-West , Middletown Road and Zollarsville Road. The figures submitted by the various bidders were presented to the Board and found to be ae follows:- j Motion by Mr. Johnston, seconded by Mr. Raker, that contract for re- surfacing Zollarsville Road be let to John Herd, at his bid of $48,821.50o I with understanding that work is to commence at an early date-and rapidly pushed to completion. Motion unanimously carried. Motion by Mr. Maker, seconded by Mr.', Johnston, that contract for re-surfacing Washington-hest Middletown Road be let to McPherson Brothers, at their bid of $470204.20, with understanding that work is to be commenced at an early date and rapidly pushed to completion.
