Aug. 22, 1921 Commissidnera in regular sees-ion, members present being Modern, Walker, Johnston and Zeker, f Motion by*Mr: Baker, seconded by Mr: Johnston, that bid 'of Observer Job Rooms resented� , p August 19th, for printing and delivering ballots required for Primary and Special Election to be held on Sept. 20th, I be accepted and contract be awarded to said Observer Job Rooms, Motion i unanimously carried, . Johnston, seconded,by Mr, W41ker, that Assessment -books and supplies for the various assessment districts of Wsshin&tdn county be delivered to the proper officials by William Galley, at the rate of 1.00 per district, question called for; voting "Aye" Messrs„ Johnston and Walker.
