Walker, Johnston and Ecker. Motion by Mr. Esker, seconded by Mr. Johnston, thi the Return Board for computing returns for Fall Primary, held Sept . 20, 1921 , be com- posed of the Following persons: Curtis F. McNary, 0. Evans Mikesell , Joseph L. Myers and J,nhn McGuffie; that the said Return Board most in the office I Of the County Commissioners, at boon on Friday, Sept. 23, 1921 , and then and there begin the work of computing the votes cast at said Primary; that the remuneration of members of said Return Board be fixed at Seven ($7. 00) Dollars pert day, in conformity with rate established for similat t service by the Court in the year 1919. Motion by Mr. Ecker, seconded by Mr. Johnston, that County Controller be requested to advertise for bids for printing and delivering approximately 85,006 official ballots and 17,000 sample ballots for Municipal Election to be held on November 8, 1921 , specifications tosbe seen at office of County-Commissioners, all ballots to ,be delivered to officer 4 of County Commissioners not later than noon of Wednesday, November 2, 1921. Motion unanimously carried. R Moved by `Mr. Ecker, seconded by Sir. Johnston that amount of $700.00 be contributed from county funds toward cost of brick road from end toff county work on Buinsville road to Claysville boro line distiance of .252 feet approximately.
