JAMES W WALKER, W H ECKER, COMMISSIONFPS IS IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of the said County of Washington, that for the purpose of providing funds for the payment of current expenses, the proper officers of the said county are hereby authorized and directed to negotiate temporary loans and issue notes therefor, payable on demand, with interest from date; said notes to be negotiated and issued as follows: Names of Institutions Amount Citizens Trust Company, Canonsburg, Pa. $25, 000.00 First National Bank, Canonsburg, Pa. 25,000.00 First National Bank, California, Pa. 25,000.00 and that said notes be paid out of the first funds available to the County Treasurer from the taxes levied for the current year of 1922. B. Miller, which was opened in the presence of the County Commissioners, Mr. Buller submitting a price of $10',900.00 and accom- panying his bid a certified check for $1100.00 as required. Motion by Mr. Johnston, seconded by Mr. Ecker, that the con- tract for plastering be awarded to Mr. Miller at the price mentioned. Question called for. Voting "Aye" Messrs. Johnston and Ecker.
