Hill Bridge, $5500.00; Lilly Run, Bridge, $1500, subject to the approval of
the County Controller;
question called for; voting "Aye", Messrs. Johnston and Walker;
voting "No", Mr. Baker . Motion carried.
(Mr. Baker requested that his reason for so voting be noted,
to wit; that the said emergency did not exist, to his mind, and that the
matter of procuring the said bridges should be conducted under usual
proceedings. )

Motion by Mr. Baker, seconded by Mr. Johnston, that the County
Controller be requested to advertise for bids for the printing and delivering
to the office of the County Commissioners, approximately seventy-two (72, 000)
thousand official ballots and fifteen thousand (15, 000) specimen ballots, for
the election of November 7th, 1922, specifications to be seen at the Commis-
ion ere' office.
Motion unanimously carried.
There being no further business, the Board adjourned.

County Commissioners: -

bonds be awarded to Messrs. Hill, Wright and Frew of Pittsburgh, Pa. , at
their bid of par and accrued interest, plus a premium of $18, 888.76, and
that the Controller be requested to return the certified checks that
accompanied the bids of the unsuccessful bidders. Motion unanimously
carried.
There being no-€urtker-business before the joint session,
it was adjourned.

Motion by Mr. Johnston, seconded by Mr. Ecker, that the
County Controller be requested to advertise for bids for the printing and
delivery of 300 Road Improvement Bonds, serial, series B, 1922; copy and
specifications to be seen at the office of County Commissioners.
Motion unanimously carried.
