B. Miller, which was opened in the presence of the County Commissioners, Mr. Buller submitting a price of $10',900.00 and accom- panying his bid a certified check for $1100.00 as required. Motion by Mr. Johnston, seconded by Mr. Ecker, that the con- tract for plastering be awarded to Mr. Miller at the price mentioned. Question called for. Voting "Aye" Messrs. Johnston and Ecker. Motion by Mr. Johnston, seconded by Mr. Ecker, that the County Controller be requested to advertise for bids on an issue of $5000000.00 Road Improvement Bonds of the County of Washington, bids to be opened on May lst, 1922, and advertisement to be. inserted in the Washington County Legal Journal and other publications during this present week.
