Commissioners in regular session, m= bers:spacesent,being Messrs. Walker, Johnston and Ecker. Motion by Mr. Johnston, seconded by Mr. Ecker, that Earl Clark be appointed Assessor in and for the Borough of New Eagle, to fill vacancy caused by removal therefrom of Chas. Roberts, the regularly elected Assessor therein. Motion unanimously carried. There being no further business, the Board adjourned; SI GNED COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. Office of County Commissioners., Washington, Pa. , May 15, 1923. Commissioners in regular session, members present being Messrs. Walker, Johnston- and Ecker. Motion by Mr. Johnston, seconded by Mr. Ecker, that County Controller be directed to advertise for bids for the construction of the following roads, plans, profiles and specifications of which may be seen at the office of the county engineer; = Denbo Road, beginning at Two Mile Run and extending through the village of Denbo, a distance of 6340 feet, more or less; Moffit's Mill Road, beginning at the Pike Run Brick Road and extending to the Centerville brick road, a distance of 1243.6 feet, more or less; Canonsburg-Venice Road, beginning at the borough line of Canonsburg on First Street and extending to the end of the State Aid Highway near the Hose farm, a distance of 3882 feet, more or less; Avella-Manchester Road, beginning at the southern end of the town- ship brick road on the Meadowlands Coal Company property, and extending to State Highway Route No. 242 near the Manchester School House, a distance of 6600 feet, more or less; Charleroi-Lover Road, Sec. #2, beginning at the line between Fallowfield and Vest Pike Run townships and extending to the northern end of the township improved road leading to Centerville, a distance of 7922 feet , more or less; all of said roads to be constructed of reinforced concrete, 16 feet in width. Motion unanimously caiiied. There being no further business, the Board adjourned.
