BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

James •Cinelli , who shot and killed one Margaret Nestner, and fled, and in whose
capture the county officers were much concerned, the payment of the, sum indi-
cated having been made at the instance of the District Attorney, and to aid
in the early apprehension of the criminal-, who was taken into custody on July
15, 1923.
Motion unanimously carried.
There' being no further business, the Board adjourned.

Motion by Mr. Johnston, seconded by Mr. Ecker, that County Controller
be directed to advertise for bids for the printing and delivery of approximately
72,000 official ballots and 15,000 specimen ballots for primary election of
-September 18, 19231 ballots to be prepared for various political parties ae
apportioned by county commissioners, at whose office the specifications and
requirements may be seen. Motion unanimously carried..

Motion by Mr. Esker, seconded by Mr. Johnston, that the County
Commissioners enter into an agreement with the Supervisors of Donegal Township,
covering the improvement of ( 1) the road from Gordon to the State Line ( 2) the
road from Gordon over the hill towards Dunsfort , a distance of 900 feet, more
or less, end ( 3) the balance of the Clayeville-Bethany Road already approved by
the Grand Jury, with the understanding that all three ( 3) roads' -are to be
