RESOLVED by tile County Commissioners o Washington County,Penn_sylvania,that
they deem it expedient to in-orove,un(-ter the provisions o: t.re Act of
Assembly of said Com onwealth,approved May 11,1911,t_"-e fllowing described
section of one of the m__in ,yoa::s or highways wit ---in said county,to—grit:
A section of tie highway known_ as the Westland Road)said 4ection
beginning; at a point on the West Middletown Road, on the TsMavis Davis farm ir.
Chartiers Township,t."ence by way of I'+estlan:J to intersection of the
Hickory —Venice road,near Hickory, in Mt Pleasant Township,a aistance of
twenty—one thousand and eighty —lour (21,084) -eet.
That an applic tion for the approval of such improvement be pre—
sented to the Court O-f Quarter Sessions of said County,and that upon the
approval of such application by tree grand jury and Court,the County Cormisst-
toners shall improve the said described section of road in accordance with i
the surveys and plans tiLerefor,wilich have been prep .red by Chaney & Armstrc,:
County Road Engineers,and in accoraance with the provisions of the Act of
