Bracken Burns, Sr., Diana L. Irey, Scott H. Fergus, Treasurer Francis King and Controller Paul Beleastro. Also being present: Chief Clerk Michelle Miller; William McGowen, Director ofAdministration; Joe Smydo, Observer - Reporter, Chris Haines, Herald Standard; Shelly Jones, WJPA; Frank Domeisen, Yanni-Bilkey, Norm Allen, CS McKee, and Frank Burnette, RRZ Investment Management. Approval of Minutes Chairman Burns entertained a motion to approve Minute No.176 dated I August 20,1998. Moved by Mr. Beleastro, seconded by Mr. King, that Minute No.176 .c dated August 20,1998 be approved as written. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Beleastro - Yes; Mr. King - Yes; Mr. Fergus - Yes; Mrs. Irey - Yes; Mr. Burns- Yes. Motion carried unanimously.
