The Washington County Salary Board met in session in the Public Meeting Room of the Courthouse Square Office
ing, Washington, Pennsylvania, for the purpose of reconvening with the following members being present:
aissioners Larry Maggi, Bracken Burns and Diana L. Irey-Vaughan; and Controller Mike Namie. Also being present:
DeHaven, Solicitor; Mary Helicke, Chief Clerk; Linda Belcher, Administrative Assistant; Chuck Nicholls, Director of
Human Resources; Barb Miller, Observer -Reporter; Carl Maggi, John Adams and Frank Byrd, interested citizens.
Chairman Maggi called the meeting to order at approximately 10:40 a.m.
Moved by Mr. Burns, seconded by Mr. Namie, approving Minute No. 11-S-10 dated November 4, 2010 as written.
Roll call vote taken:
Mrs. Irey-Vaughan — Yes; Mr. Burns — Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mr. Namie — Yes.
Motion carried unanimously.
John Adams of Avella questioned Mr. Namie regarding compensation for the Tax Appeal Board. He stated that the pay
too much.

Tax Reassessment Manager, 30.87/hour, create one per diem position, eff. 12/18/10
Tax Revenue Manager,173.08/day, create one TP position, eff. 12/20/10 until incumbent receives CPE certification
Moved by Mrs. Irey-Vaughan, seconded by Mr. Burns, approving the foregoing personnel items.

Motion carried unanimously.
