Washington County Salary Board met in session in the Public Meeting Room of the Courthouse Square Office
Washington, Pennsylvania, for the purpose of reconvening with the following members being present:
sioners Larry Maggi, Bracken Burns and Diana Irey Vaughan; and Controller Michael Namie. Also being present:
Scott Fergus, Director of Administration; Mary Helicke, Chief Clerk; Lynn DeHaven, Solicitor; Linda Belcher, Administrative
Assistant; Chuck Nicholls, Director of Human Resources; Tim Kimmel, Director of Human Services; Harlan Shober, John
Adams, Harry Sabatasse and Frank Byrd, interested citizens; Barbara Miller, Observer -Reporter and Jim Jefferson WJPA..
Chairman Maggi called the meeting to order at approximately 11:10 a.m.
Moved by Mrs. Irey Vaughan, seconded by Mr. Burns, approving Minute No. 9-S-11 dated September 1, 2011 as written.
Roll call vote taken:

Adams made comments regarding the election officials receiving a 3% pay raise.

Asst. Director of Dietary, 35,020.00 increase to 39,000.00, increase in annual salary for the vacant FT salaried position,

Moved by Mrs. Irey Vaughan, seconded by Mr. Burns, approving the foregoing personnel items for the listed offices.
