Shober, Jr. and Controller Michael Namie. Also being present: Solicitor J. Lynn DeHaven; Director of Administration Scott Fergus; Chief Clerk Nary Helicke; Administrative Assistant Joyce Thornburg; Human Resources Director Kathleen Bali; Assistant District Attorney Joe Zupancic; Observer -Reporter representative Barbara Miller; and concerned citizen Frank B yrd. Chairman Maggi called the meeting to order at approximately 11:07 a.m. Moved by Mrs. Vaughan, seconded by Mr. Namie, approving Minute No. SB-6-19-14 dated June 19, 2014, a� written. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Shober — Yes; Mrs. Vaughan — Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mr. Namie — Yes. Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC COMMENT None. FOR THE BOARD'S CONSIDERATION CHILD CARE INFORMATION SERVICES Information Specialist, vacant, $31,304.00/year; increase in annual salary effective 7/17/14. HEALTH CENTER Case Management Coordinator, $69,009.98; abolish one full time salaried position effective 7/17/14. Resident Assessment Coordinator, $65,913.30; create one full time salaried position effective 7/17/14. CHILDREN & YOUTH SERVICES Program Specialist; abolish one vacant full time salaried position effective 7/17/14; abolish two currently filled positions at time they are vacated. Casework Supervisor; approve on -call compensation be awarded to Casework Supervisors in Children & Youth for covering on -call shifts during evenings, weekends and holidays. Proposal has been approved by state in budget and monies have been allocated by Department to account for county match. Any Supervisor who is assigned on -call duty shall be compensated 25% of his or her current hourly rate for all time spent on such duty effective 7/17/14. Casework Supervisor, $44,074.00/year; create one full time salaried position effective 7/17/14. Moved by Mrs. Vaughan; seconded by Mr. Namie, approving the foregoing personnel request. Roll call vote taken: Mrs. Vaughan — Yes; Mr. Shober — Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mr. Namie — Yes. Motion carried unanimously. Roll call vote taken: Mrs. Vaughan — Yes; Mr. Shober — Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mr. Namie — Yes. Motion carried unanimously. Chairman Maggi stated for the record, items noted during 2014 were incorporated in the Salary Book. It is the consensus of the Salary Board that any procedural errors in the 2014 salary schedule book may be corrected administratively by Human Resources.
