Shober, Jr. and Controller Michael Namie. Also being present: Solicitor J. Lynn DeHaven; Director of Administration Scott Fergus; Chief Clerk Mary Helicke; Administrative Assistant Joyce Thornburg; Administrative Assistants Joy Orndoff and Randi Marodi; Human Resources Director Kathleen Bali; Observer -Reporter representative Barbara Miller; WJPA representative Jim Jefferson; and concerned citizens Frank Byrd and Elaine Clemens Mowl. Chairman Maggi called the meeting to order at approximately 10:55 a.m. Moved by Mrs. Vaughan, seconded by Mr. Namie, approving Minute No. SB 12-4-14 dated December 4, 2014, as written. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Shober - Yes; Mrs. Vaughan - Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mr. Namie — Yes. Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC COMMENT None. FOR THE BOARD'S CONSIDERATION Child Care Information Services, Information Specialist, $32,000 reduced to $31,304; reduction in annual salary for the vacant full time salaried position effective 12/18/14 Washington County Health Center Nursing Administration, RN Clinical Coordinator, $56,650 reduced to $55,000; reduction in annual salary for the vacant full time salaried position effective 12/18/14 Moved by Mrs. Vaughan; seconded by Mr. Shober, approving the foregoing personnel request. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Shober — Yes; Mrs. Vaughan — Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mr. Nan -lie — Yes. Motion carried. Chairman Maggi stated for the record, items noted during 2014 were incorporated into the Salary Book. It is the consensus of the Salary Board that any procedural errors in the 2014 salary schedule book may be corrected administratively by Human Resources.
