Salary Board Minute No. SB 5-7-15 Washington County Commissioners
Washington, Pa., May 7, 2015
The Washington County Salary Board met in session in the Public Meeting Room of the Courthouse
Square Office Building, Washington, Pennsylvania, for the purpose of reconvening with the following members
being present: Commissioners Larry Maggi, Diana Irey Vaughan, Harlan G. Shober, Jr. and Controller Michael
Namie. Also being present: President Judge Katherine B. Emery; Solicitor J. Lynn DeHaven; Chief Clerk
Mary Helicke; Administrative Assistant Joyce Thornburg; Human Resources Director Kathleen Bali and Assistant
Director Barbie Castrucci; Observer -Reporter representative Barbara Miller; and concerned citizens Frank Byrd.
Chairman Maggi called the meeting to order at approximately 11:03 a.m.
Moved by Mrs. Vaughan, seconded by Mr. Namie, approving Minute No. SB 4-16-15 dated
April 16, 2015, as written.
Roll call vote taken:
Mr. Shober - Yes; Mrs. Vaughan - Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mr. Namie — Yes.

Chairman Maggi stated for the record, items noted during 2015 were incorporated into the Salary Book. It
is the consensus of the Salary Board that any procedural errors in the 2015 salary schedule book may be corrected
administratively by Human Resources.
There being no further business, Chairman Maggi declared the meeting recessed at approximately
11:04 a.m.
