Shober, Jr. and Controller Michael Namie. Also being present: President Judge Katherine B. Emery; Solicitor J. Lynn DeHaven; Chief Clerk Mary Helicke; Administrative Assistant Joyce Thornburg; Human Resources Director Kathleen Bali and Assistant Director Barbie Castrucci; Observer -Reporter representative Barbara Miller; and concerned citizens Frank Byrd. Chairman Maggi called the meeting to order at approximately 11:03 a.m. Moved by Mrs. Vaughan, seconded by Mr. Namie, approving Minute No. SB 4-16-15 dated April 16, 2015, as written. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Shober - Yes; Mrs. Vaughan - Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mr. Namie — Yes. Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC COMMENT None. Emery presented to the board the following: ADULT PROBATION Adult Probation, Confidential Secretary, $35,666.41; abolish one full-time salaried position effective 5/11/15. COMMUNITY SERVICES Community Services, Office Manager, $38,000.00; create one full-time salaried position effective 5/11/15. Community Services, Clerical Supervisor I, Grade 5 - 90% - $16.178/hour; abolish one vacant full-time union position effective 5/11/15. ADULT PROBATION Adult Probation, Clerical Supervisor I, Grade 5 - 90% - $16.178/hour; create one full-time union position effective 5/11/15. JUVENILE PROBATION Juvenile Probation, Job Training Program Site Monitor, $31,827.02 reduced to $30,588.00; reduction in annual salary for one full-time salaried position effective retroactive to 4/17/15. HUMAN RESOURCES Human Resources, HR Administrative Assistant, $37,325.83 reduced to $30,500.00; reduction in annual salary for one full-time salaried position effective retroactive to 5/4/15. Human Resources, Supervisor Group Benefits, $44,844.02 reduced to $39,191.00. Title change and reduction in annual salary for one vacant full-time salaried position effective retroactive to 5/4/15. Chairman Maggi stated for the record, items noted during 2015 were incorporated into the Salary Book. It is the consensus of the Salary Board that any procedural errors in the 2015 salary schedule book may be corrected administratively by Human Resources.
