Shober, Jr. and Deputy Controller Josh Hatfield. Also being present: Solicitor J. Lynn DeHaven; Chief Clerk Mary Helicke; Administrative Assistant Joyce Thornburg; Human Resources Director Kathleen Bali and Assistant Director Barbie Castrucci; Observer - Reporter representative Barbara Miller; WJPA representative Jim Jefferson; and concerned citizen Frank Byrd. Chairman Maggi called the meeting to order at approximately 11:15 a.m. Moved by Mrs. Vaughan, seconded by Mr. Shober, approving Minute No. SB 5-21-15 dated May 21, 2015, as written. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Shober - Yes; Mrs. Vaughan - Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mr. Hatfield — Yes Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC COMMENT None. FOR THE BOARD'S CONSIDERATION CONTROLLER Mrs. Vaughan presented to the board on behalf of Controller Mike Namie; summer employee, $10.00/hour; create one temporary position effective 6/18/15. FOR THE BOARD'S CONSIDERATION — (continued) CHILDREN & YOUTH SERVICES Children & Youth Services, Caseworker Supervisor, $44,074.00 increased to $46,173.60; increase in annual salary for one vacant full-time salaried position effective 6/18/15. Children & Youth Services, Social Work Supervisor, $56,967.64 reduced to $44,074.00; reduction in annual salary for one vacant full-time salaried position effective 6/18/15. Children & Youth Services, Casework Manager, $56,494.20; create one full-time salaried position effective 6/18/15. CHILD CARE INFORMATION SERVICES Child Care Information Services, Case Specialist, $40,582.31 reduced to $33,731.00; reduction in annual salary for one vacant full-time salaried position effective 7/1 /15. Moved by Mrs. Vaughan; seconded by Mr. Shober, approving the foregoing personnel request. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Shober— Yes; Mrs. Vaughan — Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mr. Hatfield — Yes. Chairman Maggi stated for the record, items noted during 2015 were incorporated into the Salary Book. It is the consensus of the Salary Board that any procedural errors in the 2015 salary schedule book may be corrected administratively by Human Resources.
