Warden Pelzer reported to the Board the State Department of Corrections has completed the facility's
inspection and it has received a 100 percent compliance rating. Warden Pelzer noted that the facility has earned 100
percent compliance all the years it has been evaluated since 2002. He pointed out more stringent policy requirements
will make the rating more difficult to receive in future evaluations.
Solicitor DeHaven gave an updated on the Martos case and informed the Board that Mr. Martos has withdrew
his appeal.
There being no further business, Chairman Maggi declared the meeting adjourned at 11:40 a.m.
