NEW BUSINESS Mr. Namie distributed and noted for the record the Washington County Correctional Facility Audit for the period January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013. He stated there was no material weakness found during the course of the audit; however, he noted that there is one finding regarding after-hours collection of bonds. The Correction Facility has a procedure in place that when bonds are collected after-hours that all monies and paperwork are to be submitted to the Clerk of Courts office on the next business day. It was found that in quite a few instances, this procedure was not followed. This noncompliance finding was addressed with the administration of the Correctional Facility and they are addressing it accordingly. Mr. Namie said that it is important to note that this is a compliance finding and not a monetary finding. There being no further business, Chairman Maggi declared the meeting adjourned at approximately 11:39 a.m. THE FOREGOING MINUTES SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL: Ly 2014 ATTEST: SECRETARY
