Shober, Jr.; Controller Michael Namie. Also being present: Solicitor J. Lynn DeHaven; Director of Administration Scott Fergus; Administrative Assistant Joy Orndoff; Administrative Assistant Joyce Thornburg; Human Resources Director Kathleen Bali; Court Administrator Patrick Grimm; Observer -Reporter representative Barbara Miller; Herald Standard representative Steve Ferris and concerned citizen Frank Byrd. Chairman Maggi called the meeting to order at approximately 10:43 a.m: Moved by Mr. Namie, seconded by Mrs. Vaughan, approving Minute No. SB 7-21-16 dated July 21, 2016, as written. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Shober — Yes; Mrs. Vaughan — Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mr. Namie — Yes. Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC COMMENT None. FOR THE BOARD'S CONSIDERATION COURTS Mrs. Vaughan presented to the board on behalf of President Judge Emery, Magisterial District Judge Clerk for Magisterial District Judge Redlinger; 4-90%-$16.738/hour; abolish one vacant full-time union position effective 8/18/16. Mrs. Vaughan presented to the board on behalf of President Judge Emery, Magisterial District Judge Clerk for the Court Administrator; 4-90%-$16.738/hour; create one full-time union position effective 8/18/16. Mrs. Vaughan presented to the board on behalf of President Judge Emery, Senior Site Based Monitor for Juvenile Probation; $16.63/hour; abolish one vacant full-time salaried position effective 8/18/16. Mrs. Vaughan presented to the board on behalf of President Judge Emery, Probation Monitor for Adult Probation; $32,082.00/year; create one full-time salaried position effective 8/18/16. Moved by Mrs. Vaughan; seconded by Mr. Shober, approving the foregoing personnel request. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Shober - Yes; Mrs. Vaughan - Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mr. Namie — Yes. Motion carried unanimously. DISTRICT ATTORNEY Mrs. Vaughan presented to the board on behalf of District Attorney Vittone, County Detective (PD); $20.00/hour increased to $27.00/hour; increase in hourly salary for one per -diem position effective 8/18/16. Mrs. Vaughan presented to the board on behalf of District Attorney Vittone, County Detective (PD) for the County Drug Unit; $20.00/hour increased to $27.00/hour; increase in hourly salary for the fifty-five per -diem positions effective 8/18/16. Moved by Mrs. Vaughan; seconded by Mr. Namie, approving the foregoing personnel request. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Shober — Yes; Mrs. Vaughan — Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mr. Namie — Yes. HEALTH CENTER RN Clinical Coordinator, $63,759.90/year reduced to $55,000.00/year; reduction in annual salary for one vacant part-time salaried position effective 8/18/16. RN Clinical Coordinator, $61,902.98/year reduced to $55,000.00/year; reduction in annual salary for one vacant part-time salaried position effective 8/18/16. RN Clinical Coordinator, $56,650.01/year reduced to $55,000.00/year; reduction in annual salary for one vacant part-time salaried position effective 8/18/16. It is the consensus of the Salary Board that any procedural errors in the 2016 salary schedule book may be corrected administratively by Human Resources.
