Shober, Jr.; Controller Mike Namie. Also being present: Solicitor J. Lynn DeHaven; Chief Clerk Cynthia B. Griffin; Administrative Assistant Joyce Thornburg; Executive Secretary Marie Trossman; Human Resources Director Kathleen Bali; Finance Director Josh Hatfield; Deputy Controller Cathy Sams; Herald Standard representative Pat Cloonan; and concerned citizens Frank Byrd, Beth Center High School student Caitlin Sutherland, Canon McMillan High School student Keegan Decker. Chairman Maggi called the meeting to order at approximately 11:04 a.m. Moved by Mrs. Vaughan, seconded by Mr. Namie, approving Minute No. SB 2-2-17 dated February 2, 2017 as written. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Shober — Yes; Mrs. Vaughan — Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mr. Namie — Yes. Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC COMMENT None. FOR THE BOARD'S CONSIDERATION CHILDREN AND YOUTH SERVICES Children and Youth Services, Casework Supervisor; Abram Cochran $46,173.60/year; Tiffany Hoye 347,558.81 /year; Emily Fries $48,985.56/year; Hilary Burchett $52,269.67/year; Francis Allen $52,269.67/year; Carrie Lavecchia $52,269.67/year, all increased to $55,000/year; increase in annual salary for full-time positions effective 2/16/17. Children and Youth Services, Casework Supervisor; Patricia Berdine $55,452.88/year increased to $60,998.17/year; David Cincinnati $55,891.37/year increased to $61,480.51/year; Kathryn Grant $57,428.64/year increased to $63,171.50/yeat; increase in annual salary for full-time positions effective 2/16/17. Children and Youth Services, Social Work Supervisor; Teresa Vandermark $46,758.11 /year increased to $55,000.00/year; increase in annual salary for one full-time position effective 2/16/17. Children and Youth Services, Casework Manager; Jennifer Johnson $59,972.28/year; Maureen Griffin $61,771.45/year; Holly Innamorato $61,771.45/year all increased to $65,000/year; increase in annual salary for full-time positions effective 2/16/17. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY Information Technology, Chief Information Officer, $82,466.05/year reduced to $77,488.00/year; reduction in annual salary for one vacant full-time salaried position effective 3/3/17. 222 MINUTE BOOK SALARY BOARD IMR LIMITED E1316649LD WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLANIA Information Technology, Assistant Director of IT Administration, $64,306.87/year reduced to $59,253.00/year; reduction in annual salary for one vacant full-time salaried position effective 3/3/17. HEALTH CENTER WCHC-Housekeeper; Pay Grade 1-90%-$16.164/hour; abolish two vacant full-time union positions effective 2/16/17. WCHC-Housekeeper; Pay Grade 1-90%-$16.164/hour; create two part-time positions effective 2/16/17. Moved by Mrs. Vaughan; seconded by Mr. Shober, approving the foregoing personnel request. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Shober — Yes; Mrs. Vaughan — Yes; Mr. Maggi — Yes; Mr. Namie — Yes. Motion carried unanimously. LEAVES OF ABSENCES —February 2.2017 to February 15.2017 Chairman Maggi noted for the record the following leaves of absences: Amy Garner, Certified Nurse's Aide, FMLA medical, 01/26/17 to 03/08/17 Amy Garner, Certified Nurse's Aide, Intermittent leave for self, 01/26/17 to 01/26/18 Dalene Kelley, Dietetic Technician, FMLA medical, 02/14/17 to 03/14/17 Kelly Jones, MH Program Specialist 1, FMLA maternity, 02/13/17 to 05/08/17 Derreck Murphy, Housekeeper, FMLA medical, 01/23/17 to 04/17/17 Melissa Stilwell, Certified Nurse's Aide, FMLA medical, 02/10/17 to 02/23/17 Chairman Maggi stated for the record, items noted during 2017 were incorporated into the Salary Book. It is the consensus of the Salary Board that any procedural errors in the 2017 salary schedule book may be corrected administratively by Human Resources.
