Chairman Petrosky updated the Board on the matter of
errors and ommissions
insurance coverage for the Prison Board members. Chairman Petrosky stated that
in checking with other 4th class counties it has been determined that the majority
of the Prison Boards are covered under their regular Errors and Omissions policy.
He stated that once we receive the actual written policy from our broker, then
we'll know for sure whether or not the Prison Board is covered.
Chairman Petrosky brought up the matter regarding the Adult Probation
Grant -in -Aid monies which were returned to the State. Controller Beharry made
some lengthy comments relative to this matter and noted that she was disappointed
that the funds were not utilized for a counselor position at the Jail. She re-
