Warden Pelzer stated that the Correctional Facility offered a G.E.D. test program for inmates and was
pleased to report that out of eight inmates who took the test, seven passed. Commissioner Burns suggested that
some type of recognition for the inmates who passed the G.E.D. should be done. Warden Pelzer noted that he
would get back to the Board with recommendations regarding this matter.
Moved by Mr. Belcastro, seconded by Mr. Burns, accepting the Warden's Report as per above. Motion
carried unanimously by the Board signifying their approval by stating "Aye".
