Minute No. 4-P-99
Washington County Prison Board
Washington, Pa., April 28,1999
The monthly meeting of the Washington County Prison Board was held in the 7th Floor Conference Room,
Courthouse Square, Washington, Pennsylvania, with the following members being present: Diana L. Irey and Scott
Fergus; Controller Belcastro; and Sheriff Larry Maggi. Absent being: Judge Gilmore, Commissioner J. Bracken
Burns and District Attorney Pettit. Also being present: Warden Pelzer; Bill McGowen, Director of Administration;
Assistant Solicitor Jill Devine; Linda Belcher, Secretary; Joe Smydo, Observer -Reporter and Jim Jefferson, WJPA.
Vice Chairman Fergus called the meeting to order at approximately 11:00 a.m. and asked if there were any
corrections, additions or omissions to Minute No. 3-P-99, dated March 17, 1999. Moved by Mr. Belcastro, seconded by
Mr. Maggi, that Minute No. 3-P-99 be approved as written. Motion carried unanimously by the Board signifying their
approval by stating "Aye".
WARDEN'S REPORT
Warden Pelzer presented to the following information to the Board:

Controller Belcastro presented to the Board for their consideration and approval the bills for the
° month of March,1999 in the amount of $63,794.79.
Moved by Mr. Belcastro, seconded by Mrs. Irey, approving the bills for the month of March, 1999. Motion
carried unanimously by the Board signifying their approval by stating "Aye". (See list of bills attached hereto and
made a part hereof.)
There being no further business, Vice Chairman Fergus declared the meeting adjourned at approximately
11:40 a.m.
