The monthly meeting of the Washington County Prison Board was held in the 71h Floor Conference Room,
Washington, Pedhsylvania, with the following members being present: Commissioners Jahn' P. Bevec, J. Bracken

0 Chairman Bevec called the meeting to order at approximately 11:40 a.m. and asked if there were any
corrections, additions or omissions to Minute No. 7-P-00, dated July 16, 2000. Moved by Mrs. Irey, seconded by Mr.
Maggi, that Minute No. 7-P-00 be approved. Motion carried unanimously with the Board signifying their approval by
stating "Aye".
WARDEN'S REPORT
Deputy Warden Temas presented the following information to the Board:
Income from other units for the maintenance of prisoners for Julv. 2000:

Moved by Mrs. Irey, seconded by Mr. Burns, accepting the Warden's Report as per above. Motion
carried unanimously by the Board signifying their approval by stating "Aye".

BILLS
Deputy CQnti-ttller Namie presented to the Board for their consideration and approval the bills for the
month of July, 2000, in the amount of $57,428.32.
Moved by Mr. Namie, seconded by Mr. Burns, approving the bills for the month of July, 2000. Motion carried
unanimously by the Board signifying their approval by stating "Aye". (See list of bills attached hereto and made a part
hereof.)
There being no further business, Chairman Bevec made a motion to adjourn the meeting at approximately 11:44
a.m.
Moved by Mr. Burns, second by Mr. Maggi, to adjourn.
