The Washington County Prison Board met for its monthly meeting in the Washington County Correctional

Facility, Washington, Pennsylvania, with the following members being present: Commissioners John P. Bevec, Diana L.

E Irey and J. Bracken Burns, Sr.; Judge David Gilmore; Deputy Controller Mike Namie and Sheriff Larry Maggi.

Absent being: District Attorney John Pettit. Also being present: Warden Joe Pelzer; Cathi Kresh,
° Administrator/Chief Clerk; Solicitor Richard DiSalle; Linda Belcher, Administrative Assistant; and Michelle Miller,
• Director of Human Resources.
Vice Chairman Burns called the meeting to order at approximately 11:33 a.m. and entertained a motion to
approve Minute No. 6-P-01, each member having received a copy.
Moved by Mr. Bevec, seconded by Mrs. Irey, that Minute No. 6-P-01 be approved as written.
Motion carried unanimously by the Board signifying their approval by stating "Aye".
WARDEN'S REPORT
Warden Pelzer presented the following information to the Board:
Income from other units for the maintenance of prisoners for June, 2001:

U. S. Marshall 5,300.00
Administrative Fee 1,878.28
Monthly Sub Total 7,278.28

Moved by Mrs. Irey, seconded by Mr. Bevec, accepting the Warden's Report as per above. Motion
carried unanimously by the Board signifying their approval by stating "Aye".
BILLS
Deputy Controller Namie presented to the Board for their consideration and approval the bills for the
month of June, 2001 in the amount of $43,677.43.
Moved by Mr. Namie, seconded by Mr. Bevec, approving the bills for the month of June, 2001. Motion carried
unanimously by the Board signifying their approval by stating "Aye". (See list of bills attached hereto and made a part
hereof.)

There being no further business, Vice Chairman Burns declared the meeting adjourned at approximately
11:35 a.m.
