PRISON BOARD WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
Moved by Mrs. Irey, seconded by Judge O'Dell Seneca, accepting the Warden's Report as per above. Motion 0
carried unanimously by the Board signifying their approval by stating "Aye".
BILLS
Controller Namie presented to the Board for their consideration and approval the bills for the month of July,
2004 in the amount of $101,807.29.
Mr. Namie noted the monthly bill for Washington Physicians Hospital is highly than usual because this month's
invoice includes two months service instead of one month.
Judge O'Dell Seneca questioned Mr. Namie regarding the invoice for the uniform bid. Mr. Namie referred this
question to Warden Pelzer. •
Warden Pelzer explained the uniform bid is done once a year and that is why the amount is so high. He noted
in the course of the year much smaller amounts may appear on the bills for the month but this current amount reflects
a large portion of the bid.
Moved by Mr. Namie, seconded by Judge O'Dell Seneca, approving the bills for the month of July, 2004.
Motion carried unanimously by the Board signifying their approval by stating "Aye". (See list of bills attached hereto
and made a part hereof.)
