mWashington, Pennsylvania, with the following members being present: Commissioners Larry Maggi, Bracken Burns
and Diana L. Irey; Deputy Controller Randy Vankirk; and District Attorney John Pettit. Absent being: Sheriff John

Chairman Maggi called the meeting to order at approximately 11:35 a.m. and entertained a motion to approve
Minute No. 11-P-05.
Moved by Mrs. Irey, seconded by Mr. Pettit, approving Minute No. 11-P-05 as written. Motion carried
unanimously by the Board signifying their approval by stating "Aye".

WARDEN'S REPORT
Warden Pelzer presented the following information to the Board:
Income from other units for the maintenance of prisoners for November, 2005

Moved by Mrs. Irey, seconded by Mr. Vankirk, accepting the Warden's Report as per above. Motion 0
carried unanimously by the Board signifying their approval by stating "Aye".
BILLS
Deputy Controller Vankirk presented to the Board for their consideration and approval the bills for the month
of November, 2005 in the amount of $69,967.52.
Moved by Mr. Vankirk, seconded by Mrs. Irey, approving the bills for the month of November. Motion carried
unanimously by the Board signifying their approval by stating "Aye". (See list of bills attached hereto and made a part
hereof.)
OLD BUSINESS
None
(Commissioner Burns entered the meeting.)
NEW BUSINESS
Warden Pelzer gave a brief demonstration of the new digital video system at the facility. This is a computer -
generated security monitoring system that is currently being used at the Correctional Facility to monitor all inmates
and staff within the facility. Warden Pelzer noted video from the upgraded system can be retrieved and archived on
discs.
At this time President Judge O'Dell Seneca requested an executive session to discuss a personnel issue.
Meeting reconvened.
There being no further business, Chairman Maggi declared the meeting adjourned at approximately
11:50 p.m.
