Also being present: Warden Joe Pelzer; Mary Lynn Drewitz, Solicitor; Linda Belcher, S n Administrative Assistant; Mary Helicke, Chief Clerk; Tim McCullough, Director of Human Resources; Barbara Miller, Observer -Reporter, and Jim Jefferson, WJPA. Chairman Maggi called the meeting to order at approximately 11:35 a.m. and entertained a motion to approve Minute No. 1-P-07. Moved by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mrs. Irey, approving Minute No. 1-P-07 as written. Motion carried unanimously by the Board signifying their approval by stating "Aye". WARDEN'S REPORT Warden Pelzer presented the following information to the Board: Income from other units for the maintenance of prisoners for Januarv, 2007: U S. Marshall $ 1,550.00 Social Security 400.00 Administrative Fee 2,783.26 Monthly Sub Total 4,733.26 Year to date GRAND TOTAL $ 4,733.26 Proeram Fees and Room and Board Income for the Month of Januarv. 2007 Billed Collected Work Release/Home Detention $14,243.11 $14,641.11 Weekenders $ 1,060.00 $ 1,060.00 Turned over to Clerk of Courts (Minus) -0- Adjustments made to billings (Minus) -0- Monthly Sub -Total $15,303.11 $15,701.11 . Motion carried unanimnusiv by the Rnnrd sivnifvin¢ their nnnrnvnl by stntinu "Ave"_ If) MINUTE BOOK PRISON BOARD WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA BILLS Controller Namie presented to the Board for their consideration and approval the bills for the month of January 2007 in the amount of $93,578.19. Moved by Mr. Namie, seconded by Mr. Pettit, approving the bills for the month of January, 2007. Motion carried unanimously by the Board signifying their approval by stating "Aye". (See list of bills attached hereto and made a part hereof.) OLD BUSINESS None NEW BUSINESS President Judge O'Dell Seneca expressed her thanks to Warden Pelzer and Tom Jess, of Probation Services, for their assistance in upgrading the bench warrant process. She also mentioned that Phase I of the video conferencing is scheduled to go "live" on March lst start`", with Juvenile Court.
